Just as the weather begins to warm in the northeast, the islands of New England spring forth with their beauty!  Escape the heat of the South!  Our tour will carry us across Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, thru New York, Connecticut and into our smallest state.  Our visit to Rhode Island will give us a taste of how the rich and famous lived during the gilded age and the “Great Gatsby” era.  Our tour of Newport Beach will take us down “mansion row” where we’ll visit one of these great homes of the rich and famous.  We’ll shop the quaint shops on the cobblestone streets, see the wharves with yachts – Newport Beach is the yachting capital of the world! --  and lodge at the only hotel located on the beach!  We will see how the Kennedy family lived in Hyannisport and visit the JFK museum there.  Travel to Martha’s Vineyard where time stands still. See the Victorian cottages and shops -- no Wal-Mart here!!  We’ll visit Nantucket!  Lobster and clam chowder will be on all the menus!
